METHOD
The 5 ZFS Methods; 1. Client centric solutions; It begins with you the client! We are all different. We are people with very different lives, expectations, realities, training experiences, and individualized circumstances for fitness and health. How your body responds to exercise, nutrition, and recovery is also highly individual. A comprehensive picture is built through conversation, structured evaluations, assessments, and most importantly, client feedback. You point to the direction and we work together to achieve it. 2.Progoned approach toward optimal fitness, health, and daily performance While dealing with our primary goal we also deal with constitutive fitness and health matters such as Cardio-Respiratory fitness, flexibility and or mobility, Agility, Power, Strength & Conditioning, Coordination, Balance, Nutrition, Recovery, and many other areas outside the field of vision. A healthy client in many ways is an optimal and thriving client. 3. Relevant (science, experiential, and individualized) ​Logical, systematic, ordered, and empirical are some words we could use to describe prevalent keywords in the fitness and health industry, we prefer relevant! Scientific knowledge from exercise science, experience on and off the gym floor, and understanding along with empathizing with your situation would underpin the relevancy of methods - we weave for you.  Why is this important? It has to be relevant to you. 4. A Goal with an Outcome ​We begin with the end in mind. The end will tell us how to get there and what it should look like. Training for an intended outcome should look different for different people because we are using different training variables and modalities to elicit stimulus and therefore promote change. We keep track to get to the outcome. 5. Complete care and after-care Each client is provided with a sustainable (continued with time), comprehensive (exercise, nutrition, and recovery), and integrated (accountability, contact and problem-solve) approach as highly customized to the individual on the gym floor and off. ​
